Place the 17 chocolate folders inside the box in this order:

1. Birth
2. Baby (0–1 year)
3. Toddler (1–2 years)
4. Early Learning (approximately 3–5 years)
5. 13 School Years files

Use the Early Learning file for memories from before your child begins their first year of school. We understand that every child’s early learning journey is different, so these ages are simply a guide.

Then place the remaining 13 school files into your box. These will hold memories from your child’s first year of school through to Year 12.

Attach one plastic tab to the top of each folder.

How to attach each tab:

• Choose a position: Locate the small slots along the inside top edge of the file. Stagger the tabs from left to right so each label is easy to see.

• Secure the tab: Push the flexible feet straight down into your chosen slots until the tab clicks into place.

Use the included CUBBLI sticker sheet to label each folder.

Begin with Birth, Baby, Toddler and Early Learning.

For the first School Years file, choose the sticker that matches the name used for your child’s first year of school:

• Kindergarten, Preschool, Prep, Foundation, Reception, Pre-Primary or Transition.

Place only one of these options on the first School Years file. You will not need the remaining alternative labels.

Then label Year 1 through to Year 12.

Each file includes thoughtfully designed prompts suited to that stage of your child’s life.

Each School Years file includes prompts about their personality, friendships, interests and more!

Whenever suits your family, sit down together and fill in the prompts. A few little details today will become treasured memories in years to come.

Add a 6 × 4 photo to the file. Simply glue your photo over the existing photo stencil.
