Shipping policy
CUBBLI delivers Australia-wide using Australia Post.
Shipping rates are:
- Standard Shipping: $9.99
- Express Shipping: $14.99
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $150

Processing & Delivery Times
As CUBBLI products are personalised and made to order, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed and personalised before dispatch.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard: 3-6 business days
- Express: 1-4 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside CUBBLI's control, including postal delays, peak periods, public holidays and promotional periods.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking information. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive your parcel where appropriate.
If you authorise Australia Post to leave your parcel unattended, CUBBLI is not responsible for loss or damage occurring after the parcel has been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
Lost, Damaged or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, you can track your parcel using the Australia Post tracking information provided.
For delivery delays, please first contact Australia Post directly using the tracking information provided.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to CUBBLI, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
